Return Policy and Process
At Dams-cool, we want you to love your merch! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items (e.g., clearance, limited edition drops) are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We offer size and color exchanges when stock is available.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes are not refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect.
- Please include photos of the item and packaging when reaching out to our support team.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at damscoolmuzik@gmail.com with your order number.
- Specify whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Notes
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
- Store credit never expires.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
